All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active and traceable within 48-72 hours after the shipment confirmation is sent.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
MAXBRANN is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect address. Once the package is shipped, we cannot retrieve or redirect it.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
MAXBRANN is not liable for any products lost or stolen after the tracking status is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. If you suspect your package was stolen, please contact your local post office or file a police report.
